Our activities.
Our programme is designed to engage both mind and body while fostering social connections. We offer a diverse range of activities, catering to various interests and abilities. Whether it's a serene hike in the picturesque Peak District National Park or the adrenaline rush of abseiling from a disused railway bridge, there's something for everyone. We also offer cultural experiences, including visits to museums, the Yorkshire sculpture park, and the magnificent Chatsworth House. We prioritise real-world recovery experiences, replicating potentially triggering situations individuals may encounter in early recovery stages. Apply newly acquired recovery skills in a live context, including dining out in restaurants and participating in social settings. All activities are overseen by trained staff to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, allowing them to grow and heal in a supportive environment.
Our city.
"...the recovery community is woven into the physical community, its reach is extensive through geographical, demographic and social groups; and its work is about benefiting the recovery community through enriching and contributing to the wider community."
